Equipped with state-of-the-art testing instruments, our laboratory keeps every stage of production under control, from raw material intake to shipment.

Thanks to measurements carried out to international standards, we deliver the same quality in every lot, backed by documented values.

   Raw Material

   Every incoming cotton bale is analysed with HVI for fibre length, fineness and strength.

   Process

   Sliver and roving evenness is monitored with samples taken at the carding, drawing and roving stages.

3. 3

   Finished Yarn

   Evenness, tenacity, twist and count tests are reported for every lot.
